Financing
What we do
- · Structure the capital with our sponsor and lenders
- · Complete technical and insurance diligence
- · Lock the project budget and schedule
What you do
- · Provide the required corporate and credit information
- · Confirm ownership or lease of the property
- 03Months 3 to 9
Construction
What we do
- · Process permits and interconnection
- · Secure equipment and mobilize the crew
- · Build to a safety plan with minimal disruption
- · Document progress with regular reports
What you do
- · Designate a contact at the facility
- · Approve work windows and access
- 04Month 9 onward
Commissioning and operation
What we do
- · Test, energize and certify the system
- · Monitor production in real time
- · Provide preventive and corrective maintenance
- · Issue your monthly energy invoice
What you do
- · Receive operational training
- · Pay only for the energy produced, at the contracted rate
