Two ways to lower your energy cost

You can invest nothing and buy the power, or invest and own the system. We build and maintain it either way.

Lead offer

Solar PPA

We invest. You buy the power.

  • No capital and no debt on your side
  • Fixed rate below the utility rate
  • We own, operate and maintain
  • Typical 20 to 25 year contract

Alternative

Own your system

You invest and own the asset.

  • You capture all savings and incentives
  • Design, procurement and construction by us
  • Operation and maintenance contracts available
  • Third-party financing options
Talk about buying
The solar PPA in detail

The solar PPA in detail

A Power Purchase Agreement is a contract to buy energy. We install the system on your roof, land or parking area, we own it, and you pay only for the kilowatt-hours it produces, at a fixed rate agreed up front and below what you pay today.

  • Zero upfront investment and no debt on your operating balance.
  • One monthly bill for solar power, plus whatever you still draw from the grid.
  • We carry the performance, maintenance and equipment replacement risk.
  • At the end of the term you can renew, buy the system or ask us to remove it.
Owning your system in detail

Owning your system in detail

If your company prefers to capitalize the asset, we design and build the system and hand it over operating. You own the production, the savings and any tax benefits that apply.

  • Turnkey engineering, permitting, procurement and construction.
  • Documented equipment and workmanship warranties.
  • Optional operation and maintenance plan with remote monitoring.
  • Typical simple payback of 4 to 7 years depending on rate and profile.
Solar + storage

Solar + storage

Adding batteries turns your solar system into operational backup. It keeps critical loads running through outages, shaves demand peaks and makes better use of midday production.

  • Backup for critical loads: refrigeration, production, servers, security.
  • Demand-charge reduction by discharging at peak hours.
  • Sized to the hours of autonomy your operation actually needs.

Fast-track: close to 1 MW

For companies that need power soon, we run an accelerated track with equipment secured and phased construction so the first stage can energize while the rest is completed.

  • Equipment reserved to avoid long procurement lead times.
  • Permitting and interconnection run in parallel with design.
  • Phased delivery so savings start before the project closes out.

What's included

  • Bill analysis and load profiling
  • Structural review of roof or land
  • Engineering design and electrical studies
  • Municipal and agency permits
  • Grid interconnection
  • Procurement and construction
  • Monitoring and production reporting
  • Preventive and corrective maintenance (PPA)
  • System insurance (PPA)

Is your facility a fit?

If you check three or more, it is worth a conversation.

  • Monthly electric bill above $10,000
  • Available roof, land or parking area
  • Consumption concentrated in daytime hours
  • Ownership or a long-term lease of the property
  • Interest in locking energy cost for 20 years
  • Critical loads that benefit from backup

Frequently asked questions

What does it cost to start?+

Nothing. The site assessment is free and, under the PPA, the construction investment is ours.

What if I sell the property?+

The power purchase agreement transfers to the new owner or operator, subject to credit approval. Early buyout options also exist.

What happens during a hurricane?+

Systems are designed to current Puerto Rico wind code and are insured. With batteries, your critical loads can keep running when the grid goes down.

How long does the process take?+

Typically six to twelve months from agreement to energization, depending on permitting and interconnection. The fast-track compresses that schedule.

Can I buy the system later?+

Yes. The contract includes buyout options at defined dates at fair market value.

What about my roof?+

We assess its condition before installing. If work is needed we coordinate it with you before we start, and the mounting is designed to preserve your warranties.

Estimated results

A preliminary estimate in under a minute.

Assumptions

  • · Production of 1,700 kWh per installed kW per year.
  • · PPA rate between $0.26 and $0.28 per kWh.
  • · Owned-system investment between $2.00 and $2.60 per watt.
  • · Solar covers up to 100% of estimated daytime consumption.

These results are preliminary estimates and are not an offer. Final numbers depend on the site assessment, load profile, interconnection and contract terms.
